If you need to backup any information on your computer or laptop that is
on your hard drive we are able to back up the information to any storage
device that you provide for us. We are not allowed to transfer any data
onto any of our computers because we take data security and privacy very
seriously so you would have to provide us with a storage device for us to
back up and save any data you may of had on your computer.
Estimated Repair Time: 1-3 days
(If we are not able to back up the data we still charge $30 dollars for a
diagnostic fee for our time and labor)
