– HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

The ENTIRE repair process normally takes 1~3 Business Days. (As soon as we receive your device we will fix it the same day and ship it out the same day.)

– WHAT SHOULD I SEND?

We ask that you send the PHONE and your BATTERY FULLY CHARGED. Please do not send your sim card, memory card, charger, phone case, or any other accessories associated with your phone.
