If your touch is not working properly even with a new screen or if your screen has never been broken but your phone's touch is not working properly we can repair that! On the logic board (motherboard) there is an IC Chip that handles the touch functionality and it does go bad on some phones. This is a level 3 repair which requires us to remove the existing IC Chip be de-soldering it and replacing it by re-soldering on a new Touch IC Chip. This is a very difficult job that requires an experienced technician to replace it and all of our staff are able to handle Level 3 repairs which is at the motherboard solder level. We also guarantee our work for 90 days so rest assured your phone is in good hands. * Please note that this repair requires us to remove and replace an IC chip soldered to your logic board and we do not take any responsibilities for any issues that may occur during the repair.
